Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaches help C-suite executives to optimize their leadership performance, simplify their processes, create workflows that make sense, and help free up valuable time. Our executive coaches may work only with one member of the C-suite or all members in a team-like fashion. This type of coaching enables leaders to get much-needed support. Our team coaches are successful past (or present) CEOs.
Team Coaching
Our Team Coaches work with different departments within an organization. KPIs are established for team success. There is a component of one-to-one coaching to help individual members of a team to optimize their performance, but the main focus is on the department as a whole. Our Team coaches have experience in Operating Systems to maximize efficiencies.
Integrated Coaching
Our Integrated Coaches lead workshops, then follow up with individual attendees in one-to-one meetings (typically three), to ensure that the objective taught is applied appropriately.
Virtual or In Person Coaching
Our One-To-One (in-person or virtual) Coaches utilize online platforms to have one-to-one conversations. Typically, these coaches will have an onboarding session followed by 50 minutes weekly coaching sessions to work on the "to dos" and the "stop doing" action plans. Quarterly assessments are also implemented.

Group Coaching
Group coaching provides a powerful and collaborative environment where business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders can gain fresh perspectives, accountability, and practical strategies for growth. For those who may not be able to invest in one-on-one coaching, group coaching is an economical choice that still provides professional guidance and actionable insights.
